DeedCAD is an innovative new software product from LandSoft, Inc. that allows you to create parcels for printing, saving, or exporting to other software in 5 easy steps as outlined below. Note: the below screenshots were taken from version .90 of the software and we are now on v1.5.0 with many improvements. The walk-through below will be updated shortly for the new product!
Step 1:
Select an image, PDF, or scanned item and then with a single mouse click perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on it.

Step 2:
Correct any problem areas on the manual entry and editing form. You can also start from Step 2 if you have a text file to work with or want to enter metes manually.

Step 3:
Select a few basic style parameters to tell DeedCAD a little more about your document.

Step 4:
Select any options about the map you want to generate such as showing points or the original bearings used.

Step 5:
Add text, arrows, title blocks and more to your parcel. Lastly, save, print and/or export it as several image types, or export it into the Industry-Standard DXF and SHP formats for use in another program.
